Shara specializes in creating efficiencies for the New Wave Wealth Advisors team and driving business growth through her proven process management, operations expertise, and organizational skills. Her passion is to provide seamless back-office support so that the advisors can focus on client needs and goals. 

Shara brings with her nearly 20 years of experience working with small businesses. Over her career, she has served in roles including Human Resources Manager of a growing construction business, Chief Financial Officer of multiple privately owned businesses, and Executive Director of a Home Health agency. 

Shara is a true native to Northwest Arkansas. She grew up in Rogers and has spent the last 30 years in the Fayetteville and Farmington areas. In her free time, she loves all things Razorbacks, listening to live music, singing karaoke, and spending time with her husband and 5 kids.
